The complex is supplied with mineral water from a thermal spring located 3 km away from the village of Banya, at the heart of the Pirin Mountain.
The mineral water in Banya springs with a constant average temperature of around 58°C. It is rich in compounds of minerals such as fluoride, chlorine, sulfur, magnesium, sodium, calcium, iron, and others. These compounds could provide some healing properties, that are beneficial for our health when we use the mineral water internally and externally.
The combination of the pure air in the area, the healing power of the mineral water, and the diverse thermal procedures provide you with a unique SPA experience at Grand Hotel Therme.

It is rich in compounds of valuable trace elements such as sulfur, chlorine, iron, potassium, sodium, and more. The mineral water in the village of Banya can help with:
